If your company moves business address to outside of your area code, we can redirect your 0800 phone number to your new number so you won't have to reprint all your stationary or change your advertising. You also wont lose any phone calls you would have lost if your number had changed and your business stays running without impact. The same applies to disasters such as floods fire and other acts of god.
Incoming Call Charges
Because there are incoming call charges with freephone numbers you will need to setup a FuturePay agreement with us to pay for the calls. Our monthly charge is £5.99 which includes 255 inclusive minutes, after this, the cost is 2ppm.
0800 Divert
An 0800 number can divert up to 5 landline numbers which can ring sequentially if one is busy or does not answer. Ultimately, if there is no response, a voicemail message can be recorded and sent to your specified email address as a WAV file attachment that can be played in Windows Media Player. Numbers and timing are all configurable by us at your request.
0800 Divert to Mobile
An 0800 number can divert to mobile numbers. The cost of redirecting your ngn number to a mobile telephone number is typically 14ppm but as the ngn number is a freephone number, we add the cost you would normally pay us (2ppm) to the mobile charge of 14ppm. As a result, the total cost of the divert is 16ppm at all times. Our monthly charge is £5.99 with 30 inclusive minutes, after this, the total cost of mobile redirect is 16ppm.

How to Order
We need to know, what number to point to, your email address, your company information and payment details. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
So, choose a number using the online live number checker and when you have decided which to buy you can contact us on 0845 009 0099 or order online. Once we have received your payment we will setup the connection and contact you to confirm. Order lines are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
