Owning an 0845 number allows your business to achieve non-geographic status which in itself provides your company with a more professionally enhanced image.
0845 Local Rate
Each call you receive on your 0845 number will earn you 0.5ppm during peak times, 0.25ppm in the evenings and weekends. The cost to the caller is 4p per minute and is a local rate call. You pay no incoming call charges.

Benefits
If your company moves business address to outside of your area code, we can divert your 0845 phone number to your new number so you won't have to reprint all your stationary or change your advertising. You also will not lose any telephone calls you would have lost if your number had changed and your business continues operating without impact. The same applies to disasters such as floods, fire and other acts of god.
0845 Divert
An 0845 number can divert up to 5 landline numbers which can ring sequentially if one is busy or does not answer. Ultimately, if there is no response, a voicemail message can be recorded and sent to your specified email address as a WAV file attachment that can be played in Windows Media Player. Numbers and timing are all configurable by us at your request.
0845 Divert to Mobile
An 0845 number can divert to mobile numbers. If you wish to redirect to a mobile phone number you will need to choose our Option 3 package. An 0845 divert to mobile will require your company to setup a FuturePay agreement with us. Our monthly charge is £5.99 with 35 inclusive minutes, after this, the cost of mobile redirect is 14ppm.

International Divert
We can divert to international phone numbers. The cost of international divert depends which country the call is going to. Our rates can be downloaded in a excel spreadsheet.

We need to know, what landline, international or mobile number(s) to point to, your contact details such as email address, company address and payment details. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
