Owning an 0870 number allows your business to achieve non-geographic status which in itself provides your company with a more professionally enhanced image.
0870 National Rate
Each call you receive on a 0870 092 number will earn you 0.5ppm peak and 0.25ppm off-peak and at weekends. Each call you receive on a 0870 116 number will earn you 2ppm peak, 1.2ppm off-peak and 0.5ppm at weekends. The cost to the caller is 8p per minute and is a national rate call. You pay no incoming call charges.

Benefits
If your company moves business address to outside of your area code, we can redirect your 0870 number to your new number so you won't have to reprint all your stationary or change your advertising. You also wont lose any phone calls you would have lost if your number had changed and your business stays running without impact. The same applies to disasters such as floods fire and other acts of god.
0870 Divert
An 0870 number can divert up to 5 landline numbers which can ring sequentially if one is busy or does not answer. Ultimately, if there is no response, a voicemail message can be recorded and sent to your specified email address as a WAV file attachment that can be played in Windows Media Player. Numbers and timing are all configurable by us at your request.
0870 Divert to Mobile
An 0870 number can divert to mobile numbers. If you wish to redirect to a mobile phone number you will need to choose our Option 3 package. An 0870 divert to mobile will require your company to setup a FuturePay agreement with us. Our monthly charge is £5.99 with 35 inclusive minutes, after this, the cost of mobile redirect is 14ppm.

How to Order
We need to know, what number to point to, your email address, your company information and payment details. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
So, choose a number using the online live number checker and when you have decided which to buy you can order online. Once we receive payment we will then process the connection and call you to confirm. Order lines are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
