You can have any bronze freephone number without paying a setup charge, all incoming calls are charged at 2ppm at all times. No annual or renewal charges. The number simply points to your landline, mobile or international number(s) and divert calls to it. We also provide a free voicemail to email service with your chosen number if you require it. You can even record your own customised voicemail greeting. Setup and connection takes minutes and we will even re-direct your number free of charge when you ask us to via our online redirection request form or by calling our redirection line. We have many numbers to choose from, you can pick any available bronze number from any of our 0800 or 0808 ranges. Please note we do not have any 0800 number availabe at the moment, we are awaiting a new range from OFCOM.

Owning an NGN number allows your business to achieve non-geographic status which in itself provides your company with a more professionally enhanced image. If your company moves business address to outside of your area code, we can redirect your NGN to your new number so you won't have to reprint all your stationary or change your advertising. You also wont lose any phone calls you would have lost if your number had changed and your business stays running without impact. The same applies to disasters such as floods fire and other acts of god.

Diversion

Each number can divert up to 5 landline, mobile or international numbers which can ring sequentially if one is busy or does not answer. Ultimately, if there is no response, a voicemail message can be recorded and sent to your specified email address as a WAV file attachment that can be played in Windows Media Player. Numbers and timing are all configurable by us at your request.

Incoming Call Charges

Because there are incoming call charges with freephone numbers you will need to setup a FuturePay agreement with us to pay for the calls. Our monthly charge is £5.99 with 255 inclusive minutes, after this, the cost is 2ppm.

0800 Divert to Mobile

We can divert to mobile for an additional cost of 14p per minute, that would make a total mobile divert charge of 16ppm (i.e. 2ppm + 14ppm). Our monthly charge is £5.99 with 30 inclusive minutes, after this, the cost of mobile redirect is 16ppm.

International Divert

The cost of international divert depends entirely on which country the calls are being diverted to. The cost will be the standard 2ppm plus the international charge. You can download a spreadsheet which contains a list of all our international call charges.

How to Order

So, choose a number using the online live number checker and when you have decided which number you would like to purchase you can order online or call us direct on 0845 009 0099. Once we receive payment we will then process the connection and contact you to confirm. Order lines are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 11am to 4pm on Saturday.

Note: Bronze numbers are any number where the last four digits of the number are all different and not consequtive.
